Shipping

The delivery of our articles can currently only be made within Europe.

A return bill for wrong deliveries is enclosed in your package.

Shipping costs per delivery

The exact shipping costs are displayed and calculated in the shop checkout.

Within Germany:

1 parcel 5,60 € plus local VAT

Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Switzerland:

1 parcel 13,20 € plus local VAT

Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City:

1 parcel 15,-€ plus local VAT

Great Britain:

1 parcel 15,-€ plus local VAT

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Norway:

1 parcel 16,60€ plus local VAT

Payment methods

By Paypal and Stripe different payment methods can be selected, among them are e.g. SOFORT Überweisung, VISA, Mastercard and many more.

Paypal

By selecting the payment method Paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal for payment. After payment you will be redirected back to our website where you can complete your order.

Stripe

By selecting a payment method via Stripe, you will be redirected to Stripe for payment. Once the payment has been made, you will be taken back to our website where you will complete the order..

Shipping and transport damages

Shipping is done via DHL with tracking system to determine the delivery status.

Your order will always be delivered in full. Packaging that is visibly damaged during transport must be reported to the delivery service immediately upon receipt.
